Brent Broderick aka
"Brody of the Lake" is a touring ESPN Bassmaster
Pro and a member of the Professional Anglers Association.
This Ohio Angler gained fame in Ohio Federation
and State/National Partner events winning over
$100,000 and two boats before
taking the chance at the ESPN Bassmaster Pro
Level Tours. Brody is no stranger at Bassmaster
Events. As a glamorized amateur angler from 2001-2004,
he manned a camera boat several times, worked behind
the scenes and traveled the country before turning
pro. Everyone knows "Brody of the Lake." He
was Byron Velvick's (Bass Center) apprentice for
three years and was involved with the ABC Bachelor
television show. Brody was also the "Voice"
of the Open Tour
Bassmaster anglers in 2005. He united over
900 anglers with one goal and vision to make BASS
a better place.
Brody is busy! He owns one of the largest
EBay Consignment stores and sells items for Elite
Bassmaster and FLW Touring Pros. Hundreds of auctions

Brody has been in charge
of Mercury Marine's Promotion and Spirit team for
the last 4 years at the Bassmaster Classic. Count
on seeing him raise the Spirits at 2008 Classic
in February. In 2004 and 2005 he worked over 100
Team Coca-Cola fishing promotions and in 2003 worked
over 50 Team Crown Royal fishing promotions around
the country at different sponsor's vendor locations.
Broderick has been contracted under Hart Productions
for 3 years for all Boat & Travel Show seminars.
In winter of 2008 he is already on 5 boat show
schedules in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Brody
is also a regular on WLW's Big Outdoors and Pro
Bass Anglers "On the Water" Weekly Radio Shows.

Brody has finished in the money 9 times
in his first 20 events as a professional with the
ESPN Bassmasters Open Tours.

Broderick is involved with Triton Boats product development
for the next breed of X2 Series Boats. He loves his
19-foot 6-inch Triton 19X2 Series Boat powered by
a 225-hp Mercury Pro XS Optimax and Motorguide 36
Volt 109 Digital trolling motor. You will see this
boat on American highways, pulled behind a 2006 FORD
F150 Sport-cab Truck. Both vinyl wrapped in his own
branding - Brody of the Lake.
Brody is a 1991
Ohio University grad with double bachelor degrees
in Business Communication and Management. Married
14 years to his college sweetheart Sandy. They have
2 children Gwendolyn and Hunter. They
have a small farm in Southern Ohio. The family
loves camping and caving.

Brody won back-to-back Ohio State Bass Federation Conversation Awards
in 2001 and 2002.
Brody
also loves the "Field" on the off days rain or shine
you will find him in a tree stand or duck blind. The
spirit of the wild is truly in his blood.
